217 rooms and 110 apartments centrally located between Lake and Abbott Streets Cairns.

This project saw Prime Constructions take on an all-encompassing multifaceted role that incorporated the following contract works:

• Project Management duties on behalf of the client including engagement of all Project Consultants
• Principal Contractor role for the construction phase of the Project
• Full Fitout (FF&E – furniture, fittings & equipment) Contractual Works.

Prime played a crucial part throughout this entire development and will work closely with our client to ensure that Bailey is delivered on time and on budget.

Works commenced on a Lump Sum contract that will include a full fitout to both towers of the development.

The development of Bailey saw the construction of two towers. Lake Street Tower Hotel providing 217 rooms and Abbott Street Apartment Tower with 110 apartments encompassing one, two and three bedroom options. Bailey Apartment tower includes a lap pool, gym, spa and games room. The Bailey towers share a basement and common area podium. Bailey will provide a range of separate facilities to compliment both towers.

Bailey Hotel Tower offers exclusive facilities, including:

• CC’s Bar / Grill & Colada Restaurants along with the “Milk Bar”
• Swimming Pool24 Hour Fitness Centre
• Four Event / Function Areas
• Concierge and Gift Shop
