Shopping experience
Prime Constructions were engaged under a design and construct contract to deliver the Mossman Woolworths Shopping Centre.
The Project successfully won the Master Builders Retail Facility over 5 Million award in 2014.
This 5000m2 stand-alone store was developed on a green field site in the sugar township of Mossman. The project included over 300 carparks, the latest fit out features of the Woolworths design “kit” and an upgrade to the Captain Cook Hwy out the front of the project.
Prime were also heavily involved in a development advisory role on the front end of the project and were instrumental in negotiating a successful agreement between our client Town and Country Ltd and Woolworths Ltd to ensure a successful outcome for the project.
